For me, hospitality has never been just about food—it’s about creating spaces that people remember, moments they carry with them, and experiences that touch the heart. From the early days of building Salt n Pepper and Haveli Restaurants, to leading wellness initiatives at Sukh Chan and immersive stays at Jivana, every chapter of my journey has been about crafting beauty, warmth, and meaning into everything I do.

Sikomoro is a deeply personal extension of that philosophy.
It’s where the timeless romance of French and Italian cuisine meets a modern, soulful interpretation—right here in the heart of Lahore. The name itself, Sikomoro, symbolizes roots, growth, and stories that endure through time, much like the mighty sycamore tree from which it’s inspired.

Our flagship in Gulberg brings together a refined dining experience with a world-class bakery, curated to delight the senses and uplift the spirit. Our coffee café in DHA is an ode to quiet elegance and everyday beauty—a space for reflection, conversation, and connection.

At Sikomoro, we are not just serving food. We are offering a celebration of life—of travels, culture, textures, and tastes. Syed Fahmeed Kamil

Founder & Managing Director

Mr. Syed Fahmeed Kamil is the visionary Founder and Managing Director of Sikomoro, a luxury French–Italian fine dining brand. A graduate of the prestigious London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism at the University of West London, he brings international expertise in food and beverage management.

With a passion for hospitality and refined experiences, Mr. Kamil has led several successful ventures including Sukh Chan Wellness Club, The Good Life by Sukh Chan, Jivana Hotel & Wellness Resort, and the upcoming Sikomoro Bakery & Café. Through Sikomoro, he aims to set new standards in ambiance, cuisine, and service in Pakistan’s upscale dining scene.

Mr. Amir

Mr. Zaheer

Executive Corporate F&B Head – Sikomoro Restaurants

With over 29 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Zaheer brings strong leadership, refined service standards, and expert operational skills to Sikomoro Restaurants.
His career began at English Tea House, where he worked for 9 years, building a strong base in guest relations, café operations, and team supervision. He then joined Café Aylanto for 9 years, gaining deep experience in Mediterranean fine dining and high-end service management.
Later, he served 5 years at Pink Pistachio as a Senior Restaurant Manager, where he led service teams, improved guest experience, and managed premium restaurant operations with excellence.
Seeking international exposure, Zaheer moved to Dubai and worked at Roberto’s, a renowned Italian restaurant known for its luxury dining and modern European cuisine. This experience strengthened his knowledge of international standards and high-quality F&B practices.
He also holds a professional degree in Food & Beverage Management, supporting his leadership background.
Today, as the Corporate F&B Head at Sikomoro Restaurants, Mr. Zaheer oversees service operations across all outlets, develops SOPs, ensures premium guest experiences, and leads the team with discipline, dedication, and professionalism.

Mr. Jahangeer

Senior Restaurant Manager – Sikomoro Restaurants

Mr. Jahangeer has built an impressive career in restaurant management with more than 16 years of professional experience.
He spent 9 years at Café Aylanto, where he developed strong skills in customer service, staff supervision, and maintaining fine-dining standards. He later worked 7 years at Café Aylanto Defence, further enhancing his leadership abilities and gaining deep knowledge of premium restaurant operations.
He then joined Café Koru for 4 months as Manager, where he played a key role in streamlining service flow and training new staff.
Jahangeer also holds a diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management, supporting his extensive hands-on experience.
Now, as a Restaurant Manager at Sikomoro, he is responsible for creating a smooth dining experience, managing the service team, maintaining quality

Mr. Humayun Khan

Restaurant Manager – Sikomoro Restaurants

With a distinguished 15-year career in the food & beverage industry, Humayun Khan stands as a pillar of hospitality excellence at Sikomoro Restaurants. His journey began at the iconic Pearl Continental (PC) Hotel Lahore, where he laid the groundwork for his understanding of five-star service and high-volume operations.

He further sharpened his managerial and guest experience skills at Café Zouk, a trendsetting name in Lahore’s dining scene, known for its vibrant atmosphere and quality service. For over 11 years, Humayun played a pivotal role in the Yum Group of Restaurants, where he was instrumental in staff training, service excellence, and overseeing daily front-of-house operations across multiple outlets.

His most recent tenure at Café Aylanto refined his leadership as an F&B Head, where he ensured seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams while upholding the brand’s premium standards.

At Sikomoro, Humayun leads with dedication, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of guest expectations—bringing warmth, professionalism, and a refined dining experience to every table.

Chef Farhad

Executive Breakfast Chef – Sikomoro Restaurants

Chef Farhad, Sikomoro’s master of breakfast, brings over 15 years of culinary expertise and passion to the restaurant. He began his journey at the internationally recognized Eggspectation, where he perfected the art of breakfast classics and innovative egg dishes. Over the years, he has worked with leading kitchens, developing a reputation for consistency, creativity, and flavourful presentations. At Sikomoro, Chef Farhat ensures every breakfast is crafted with care—whether it’s a comforting traditional dish or a modern twist—making mornings truly memorable for guests.

Chef farhad further expanded his expertise through roles at top-tier hospitality brands including Ramada Hotels and the luxurious Serena Hotel Islamabad, where he managed high-volume operations, developed seasonal menus, and led bakery teams with a focus on consistency and innovation.

Today, at Sikomoro Restaurants, he curates an indulgent bakery experience that blends traditional European techniques with contemporary flavours ensuring every dessert and pastry served is a celebration of finesse and flavor.

Chef Zeeshan Mehmood

Executive  Chef  Sikomoro Restaurants

With over 17 years of culinary excellence, Chef Zeeshan Khan brings a depth of experience, creativity, and leadership to Sikomoro Restaurants. His journey began at the prestigious Okra Restaurant in Karachi, where he developed a strong foundation in modern European cuisine and fine dining techniques.

He then elevated his craft at Café Aylanto, one of Pakistan’s leading gourmet restaurants, known for its Mediterranean-inspired menus and refined presentation. Zeeshan’s passion for global flavors led him abroad, where he worked at Sofitel Jumeirah Beach in Dubai—an experience that honed his skills in luxury hospitality and large-scale kitchen management.

Further expanding his international portfolio, he served as a senior chef at the renowned Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, mastering fusion concepts and the high standards of 5-star culinary operations.

Upon returning to Pakistan, Chef Zeeshan took on a leadership role as Head of Culinary Operations at Arcadien Café Group in Lahore, where he managed multiple kitchens and developed signature menus that gained critical acclaim.

Now, as the Executive Chef at Sikomoro, Zeeshan is the creative force behind the restaurant’s modern European fusion concept—blending bold ingredients, premium imported meats, artisanal desserts, and refined plating with heartfelt hospitality.

Chef Rahat Hussain

With over 9 years of experience in the art of pastry and dessert creation, Rahat Hussain brings unmatched creativity, precision, and a deep passion for European patisserie to Sikomoro Restaurant. Having honed his craft in some of the finest kitchens, he blends classical techniques with modern innovation to create desserts that are as visually stunning as they are indulgent. His exquisite creations embody the perfect harmony of Italian tradition and French elegance—each one a carefully crafted masterpiece designed to delight the senses and leave a lasting impression. From delicate pastries to indulgent signature desserts, Rahat ensures that every sweet served at Sikomoro tells a story of flavor, artistry, and dedication. His commitment to excellence makes him not only a vital part of the culinary team but also a driving force behind Sikomoro’s reputation for world-class dining.

Chef Javeria Usman

Pastry Chef – Sikomoro Restaurants

With 8 years of experience in professional pastry and dessert creation, Ms. Javeria Usman has worked across some of Lahore’s most respected hospitality brands. Her journey began at the prestigious PC Hotel Lahore, where she built a strong foundation in classic baking, dessert plating, and high-volume kitchen operations. She continued to refine her craft at Deja Restaurant, Fred Restaurant, Fuchsia, and Xando, gaining versatile experience in modern desserts, artisanal pastries, gourmet cafés, and contemporary fusion sweets. Her work across these diverse kitchens strengthened her skills in recipe development, consistency, and innovative flavor combinations. Javeria holds a Diploma in Bakery & Pastry from the Hashoo Foundation, one of the leading culinary institutes in Pakistan. Her training equipped her with advanced techniques in cakes, tarts, breads, viennoiseries, and plated desserts.At Sikomoro, Javeria brings creativity, precision, and a passion for detail. She specializes in crafting signature desserts, premium European pastries, and elegant sweet presentations, adding a unique touch to the restaurant’s modern European fusion concept.

Tariq Rehmnan

Social Media Manager – Sikomoro Restaurants

With over 10 years of experience in graphic design and social media marketing, Tariq Rehman is a seasoned creative professional known for crafting visually engaging and strategically driven content. As the Social Media Manager for both Sukh Chan Wellness Club and Sikomoro , he plays a key role in shaping the online presence of two distinct yet premium lifestyle brands.

From concept to execution, Tariq combines design expertise with a deep understanding of digital trends to build strong brand identities, boost audience engagement, and drive growth. His ability to create compelling visuals and tell stories that resonate has made him a trusted figure in the wellness and hospitality industry.
