For me, hospitality has never been just about food—it’s about creating spaces that people remember, moments they carry with them, and experiences that touch the heart. From the early days of building Salt n Pepper and Haveli Restaurants, to leading wellness initiatives at Sukh Chan and immersive stays at Jivana, every chapter of my journey has been about crafting beauty, warmth, and meaning into everything I do.
Sikomoro is a deeply personal extension of that philosophy.
It’s where the timeless romance of French and Italian cuisine meets a modern, soulful interpretation—right here in the heart of Lahore. The name itself, Sikomoro, symbolizes roots, growth, and stories that endure through time, much like the mighty sycamore tree from which it’s inspired.
Our flagship in Gulberg brings together a refined dining experience with a world-class bakery, curated to delight the senses and uplift the spirit. Our coffee café in DHA is an ode to quiet elegance and everyday beauty—a space for reflection, conversation, and connection.

Founder & Managing Director
Mr. Syed Fahmeed Kamil is the visionary Founder and Managing Director of Sikomoro, a luxury French–Italian fine dining brand. A graduate of the prestigious London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism at the University of West London, he brings international expertise in food and beverage management.
With a passion for hospitality and refined experiences, Mr. Kamil has led several successful ventures including Sukh Chan Wellness Club, The Good Life by Sukh Chan, Jivana Hotel & Wellness Resort, and the upcoming Sikomoro Bakery & Café. Through Sikomoro, he aims to set new standards in ambiance, cuisine, and service in Pakistan’s upscale dining scene.

Mr. Zaheer Uddin
Executive Corporate Head
Zaheeruddin is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in restaurant operations, strategic leadership, and customer service excellence. As Executive Corporate Head at Sikomoro, he leads corporate operations with a strong focus on service standards, team performance, and business growth. Prior to joining Sikomoro, he served as Operation General Manager at Fasana Café, Operational General Manager at Pink Pistachio Café, Senior Restaurant Manager at YUM Group, and held leadership roles at Pomodoro, Café Alyanto, and Café Zouk. Known for his professionalism, operational expertise, and leadership, Zaheeruddin brings a results-driven approach and a deep passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Over the course of his career, Zaheeruddin has held key leadership roles at well-known hospitality brands including Fasana Café, Pink Pistachio Café, and YUM Group, where he served as Senior Restaurant Manager for nearly a decade. His expertise spans front and back-end restaurant operations, team development, customer relations, business reporting, and strategic management. His dedication and long-term contribution to the industry were recognized with the “Long Service Award” in 2021.
Known for his strong communication skills, calm leadership style, and ability to perform under pressure, Zaheeruddin excels in building efficient teams, managing multilingual staff, and maintaining high service standards. His hands-on operational experience, combined with his academic background in Business Administration, Commerce, and Hospitality & Tourism Management, makes him a valuable leader in the food and hospitality industry.
Mr. Jahangeer
Senior Restaurant Manager – Sikomoro Restaurants
Mr. Jahangeer has built an impressive career in restaurant management with more than 16 years of professional experience.
He spent 9 years at Café Aylanto, where he developed strong skills in customer service, staff supervision, and maintaining fine-dining standards. He later worked 7 years at Café Aylanto Defence, further enhancing his leadership abilities and gaining deep knowledge of premium restaurant operations.
He then joined Café Koru for 4 months as Manager, where he played a key role in streamlining service flow and training new staff.
Jahangeer also holds a diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management, supporting his extensive hands-on experience.
Now, as a Restaurant Manager at Sikomoro, he is responsible for creating a smooth dining experience, managing the service team, maintaining quality
Israr Karim
Food & Beverage Operations Specialist
Israr Karim is a highly accomplished hospitality professional with over 18 years of experience in restaurant and hotel operations across Pakistan. With a strong foundation in food and beverage management, customer service, and operational leadership, he has built a career centered on delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Over the years, Israr has held key leadership roles with some of Pakistan’s well-recognized hospitality brands, including Grand Rihla Hotel Hunza, Roomy Dastaan Hunza, Gauchos Steak House Lahore, Café Aylanto Lahore, English Tea House Lahore, Yum Chinese & Thai Lahore, and Serena Hotel Islamabad. His diverse experience across premium restaurants and luxury hospitality environments has equipped him with a deep understanding of guest expectations, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
His expertise includes overseeing end-to-end restaurant operations, optimizing service workflows, managing and mentoring teams, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across all departments. He is particularly skilled in creating service systems that enhance both customer satisfaction and team productivity.
Known for his strong leadership, calm problem-solving approach, and guest-first mindset, Israr has consistently delivered operational success while building positive customer relationships and high-performing teams. His ability to balance hospitality, efficiency, and attention to detail makes him a valuable leader in the food and beverage industry.

Mr. Humayun Khan
Restaurant Manager – Sikomoro Restaurants
With a distinguished 15-year career in the food & beverage industry, Humayun Khan stands as a pillar of hospitality excellence at Sikomoro Restaurants. His journey began at the iconic Pearl Continental (PC) Hotel Lahore, where he laid the groundwork for his understanding of five-star service and high-volume operations.
He further sharpened his managerial and guest experience skills at Café Zouk, a trendsetting name in Lahore’s dining scene, known for its vibrant atmosphere and quality service. For over 11 years, Humayun played a pivotal role in the Yum Group of Restaurants, where he was instrumental in staff training, service excellence, and overseeing daily front-of-house operations across multiple outlets.
His most recent tenure at Café Aylanto refined his leadership as an F&B Head, where he ensured seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams while upholding the brand’s premium standards.
At Sikomoro, Humayun leads with dedication, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of guest expectations—bringing warmth, professionalism, and a refined dining experience to every table.
Chef Farhad
Executive Breakfast Chef – Sikomoro Restaurants
Chef Farhad, Sikomoro’s master of breakfast, brings over 15 years of culinary expertise and passion to the restaurant. He began his journey at the internationally recognized Eggspectation, where he perfected the art of breakfast classics and innovative egg dishes. Over the years, he has worked with leading kitchens, developing a reputation for consistency, creativity, and flavourful presentations. At Sikomoro, Chef Farhat ensures every breakfast is crafted with care—whether it’s a comforting traditional dish or a modern twist—making mornings truly memorable for guests.
Chef farhad further expanded his expertise through roles at top-tier hospitality brands including Ramada Hotels and the luxurious Serena Hotel Islamabad, where he managed high-volume operations, developed seasonal menus, and led bakery teams with a focus on consistency and innovation.
Today, at Sikomoro Restaurants, he curates an indulgent bakery experience that blends traditional European techniques with contemporary flavours ensuring every dessert and pastry served is a celebration of finesse and flavor.
Chef Dawood Ali

With over 20 years of professional experience in the pastry and bakery industry, Dawood Ali is a highly skilled Executive Pastry Chef known for his creativity, precision, and passion for handcrafted desserts. From artisan breads and breakfast pastries to premium plated desserts and custom celebration cakes, he brings deep expertise in both classic and contemporary pastry arts.
Dawood has worked with some of Pakistan’s most recognized hospitality brands, including Sweet Affairs Lahore, X2 Pan Asian Dining, Ciro’s Pomodoro, Masoom’s, and Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore, where he refined his craft in high-volume kitchens and premium dining environments. His extensive background has shaped his ability to deliver exceptional quality, consistency, and innovation in every creation.
At SIKOMORO, Dawood leads the pastry division with a focus on artisanal excellence, elegant presentation, and menu innovation. His specialties include dessert development, viennoiserie, buffet desserts, cake artistry, and premium baked goods crafted to elevate the guest experience.
Known for his disciplined kitchen management, team leadership, and eye for detail, Dawood combines technique with creativity to ensure every dessert served at SIKOMORO reflects sophistication, flavor, and finesse.

Izhar Ali
Sous Chef – Sikomoro
Izhar Ali is the Sous Chef at Sikomoro, where he plays a vital role in shaping the culinary excellence that defines the Sikomoro dining experience. With a strong command of kitchen operations and a deep passion for gastronomy, he brings skill, discipline, and creativity to every aspect of the kitchen.
In his role as Sous Chef, he is responsible for supporting the overall kitchen management, supervising food preparation, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and quality control are met at all times. His leadership in the kitchen helps streamline operations and maintain efficiency during both routine service and high-volume hours.
With a refined understanding of ingredients, flavor balance, and modern cooking techniques, Izhar Ali contributes significantly to menu execution and culinary innovation. He works closely with the head chef and kitchen team to ensure every dish reflects the restaurant’s commitment to quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction.

Tariq Rehmnan
Marketing Lead – Sikomoro Restaurants
Tariq Rehman is a results-driven marketing professional leading brand strategy, digital campaigns, and customer engagement for both Sikomoro and Sukh Chan Wellness Club. With a strong focus on brand positioning, creative direction, and audience growth, he plays a key role in shaping the public image and market presence of both brands.
As Marketing Lead, he oversees integrated marketing initiatives across social media, events, partnerships, and customer communication—ensuring every campaign reflects the brand’s identity and business goals. From concept development to execution, Tariq brings a strategic and creative approach to building visibility, driving engagement, and delivering impactful brand experiences.
